As you know, I was a panelist at Paleo Fx again this year. It was even more amazing than last year!

Since I was busy with Paleo Fx, Juice Friday Y’all and Smoothie Saturday posts didn’t happen this week. For that reason I am giving you a combined Juice-Smoothie (and honestly, it is the BEST one I have ever made!).
I also wanted to honor an Easter theme and use carrots. I have called this one the “Carrot Cake Smoothie.” Enjoy, and Happy Easter!
Ingredients
- 10 carrot
- 1 gala apple
- 1 inch 2.54 cm ginger root
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1/4 cups 60.00 ml pecans
- 1 Tbsp 14.79 ml chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp 14.79 ml flax seeds
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp 14.79 ml coconut oil
- 10 ice
- almonds toasted
Instructions
- Juice the carrots, apple, and fresh ginger root.
- Pour the juice into a blender, and add remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high until smooth. Top with toasted almonds. Enjoy!
