    Great podcast Dr. Myers! My only concern is about Dan’s mention of blue light. I have been using the Philips goLite for some time to help reset my circadian rhythm. However, I just found some new research linking blue light exposure to skin damage and mitochondrial damage. UGH!!! Would love to hear your thoughts on this….?
