Easy Slow-Cooked Organic Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs 908.00 g bone-in pork ribs
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml sea salt
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml coconut oil melted
- 2 yellow onion roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml bone broth
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cinnamon on meaty side of pork ribs and set aside.
- Cover bottom of slow cooker with oil, yellow onions, and garlic.
- Place ribs on top, meaty side down. Drizzle bone broth and apple cider vinegar over ribs.
- Let cook on low for 8 hours.
