Cup of tea surrounded by ginger root and mint

Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Root Tea

You might already know that ginger is anti-inflammatory, but have you ever tried to make your own ginger root tea? It’s a simple and delicious way to enjoy all of the health-boosting benefits that ginger root has to offer.

Ginger contains gingerols and shogaols. These inflammation-fighting, antifungal components of the ginger root support a healthy balance of bacteria to help eliminate Candida overgrowth. What’s more, ginger does a wonderful job to promote your glutathione levels and provides significant liver support while your body is detoxifying.

While ginger gives this anti-inflammatory tea its spice, fresh mint gives it a fresh, crisp aftertaste. Just three mint leaves are enough to provide an excellent source of antioxidants, which help protect your body from oxidative stress and cellular damage that can lead to inflammation.

Whether you’re enjoying this ginger root tea to help relieve inflammation, or just to warm up on a chilly morning, you can count on a drink that tastes delicious and will put you on the path to optimal health.
