Easy Slow-Cooker Organic Chicken and Pineapple

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 4 1/2 cups 1080.00 ml pineapple about 1 whole pineapple cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml ginger powder
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml garlic powder
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml sea salt
- 1/2 tsp NaN ml ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place pineapple cubes in the bottom of your slow-cooker.
- In a small bowl mix ginger, garlic, sea salt, and ground black pepper together.
- Sprinkle spices on all sides of chicken.
- Place seasoned chicken on top of pineapple in the slow-cooker and cook on low for 3 ½-4 hours until cooked all the way through. If you have a meat thermometer, cook until the thickest part of the chicken breast reaches 165 degrees F.
