Ingredients
- 1 lb 454.00 g asparagus
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml coconut oil or animal fat
- 1 Tbsp 14.79 ml ginger approximately 1 inch, peeled and minced
- 3 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
- lemon juice from 1/4 lemon
Instructions
- Wash asparagus and cut off the woody ends to discard. Cut stalks into 1-2 inch segments.
- In a pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add minced ginger, garlic cloves, and asparagus segments.
- After 1 minute, squeeze lemon juice over asparagus. Cook for a couple more minutes until soft and enjoy.
