Ginger and Pear Soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml ginger grated
- 2 tbsp 29.57 ml coconut oil
- 2 pear chopped
- 2 sweet potato chopped
- cardamom
- 4 scoops The Myers Way® Bone Broth Collagen
- ground black pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Sautée onion and fresh ginger in coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 4 cups of bone broth, chopped sweet potatoes and pears, simmer for 25 minutes or until soft.
- Blend all ingredients and serve.
