The healthy fat in the coconut butter of this healthy “candy” will keep you energized, while the mint stevia provides a touch of sweetness to remind you of your favorite meltaway candies!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • pinch salt
  • 5 drops liquid Stevia mint flavor

Instructions
  1. Melt coconut butter and coconut oil in small pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add stevia extract and stir well with a spoon until mixture is melted and well combined.
  3. Scoop into ice cube trays or silicone molds of your choice, then freeze for one hour. After 1 hour, store in fridge.
