Organic Dinosaur Kale with Arugula and Nitrate-free Bacon

Ingredients
- 6 slices nitrate-free bacon
- 1 sweet onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml sea salt
- 5 stalks dinosaur kale thinly chopped
- 4 cups 960.00 ml arugula
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml ginger powder
Instructions
- Cook bacon on stovetop or in oven until crispy.
- Pour about a tablespoon of bacon grease into a separate large pan. Heat pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and sea salt, then sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add kale, arugula and ginger powder. Stir and sauté until greens are wilted.
- Crumble bacon on top of cooked greens. Mix and serve hot.
