Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml full fat coconut milk
- 1 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein or plain
- 1 Tbsp 14.79 ml cinnamon
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml pumpkin puree canned or homemade
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml ground turmeric or 1/8 tsp fresh grated turmeric
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml ground ginger or 1/8 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 10 ice about 1 cup
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml sea salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
