This nut- and seed-free trail mix is the perfect combination of savory and sweet! Plus, it’s great for those dealing with gut infections such as Candida, SIBO, and parasites!

I used animal protein from pork cracklings and non-starchy fiber from kale chips to keep sugar levels low. And instead of reaching for dried fruits, I added beet and plantain chips to add a touch of sweetness!

  • 1 cup plantain chips
  • 2 cups pork cracklings (unflavored for AIP)
  • 2 cups plain kale chips (or nut-free flavor with approved ingredients)
  • 1 cup dehydrated unsweetened beet chips
