This Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Burger is super simple and flexible for any palate. Try it with your favorite toppings or experiment with some new!

Serve your burger atop a bed of greens, or wrap it in a leaf of lettuce or a gluten-free tortilla.

Ingredients
Burgers
  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Toppings (your choice!)
  • guacamole
  • hummus
  • pineapple ring
  • mashed sweet potatoes
  • caramelized onions
  • cucumber slices
  • mustard made with apple cider vinegar
