Phase 1 detox needs

  • B vitamins (B12, B6, folinic acid pre-methylated)
  • Bioflavonoids with vitamin C
  • Glutathione (or precursors: N-acetyl-cysteine, milk thistle, alpha-lipoic acid, glycine, magnesium)

Phase 2 detox needs

  • Essential amino acids (vegetarian diet, low stomach acid, or presence of gut infections could cause deficiencies)

 

Signs that you could benefit from detox:

  • chronic fatigue syndrome
  • fibromyalgia
  • fatigue
  • migraines
  • headaches
  • PMS
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • mood swings
  • joint pain/muscle pain
