Ingredients
- 1 cup 240.00 ml short grain brown rice
- 5 cups 1200.00 ml water
- 1 cup 240.00 ml blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, and cook on low for about 8 hours.
