Ingredients
- 1 lb 454.00 g brussels sprouts stems removed
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml cherries pitted and sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp 7.39 ml coconut oil plus more for greasing
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml sea salt
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml pecans (optional, avoid on the Autoimmune Solution protocol)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
- Cut brussels sprouts in half and mix with cherries, oil, and salt.
