You might already know that ginger is anti-inflammatory, but have you ever tried to make your own ginger root tea? It’s so simple that it really doesn’t need a recipe, and I recommend it all the time.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water 3 mint leaves
  • 1/4 inch ginger root
  • juice from 1 lemon wedge
  • 3 fresh mint leaves

Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan or tea pot.
  2. Place ginger, lemon juice, and mint leaves in tea cup.  
  3. Add hot water and enjoy!
