Ingredients
  • 8 cups spring greens mix
  • 1 cup carrots shredded or finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1 mango chopped
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Combine greens, carrots, walnuts, avocado, and mango together in large salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then toss ingredients well.
