Ginger Green Juice


  • 3/4 inch ginger root peeled
  • 4 stalks kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 lemon peeled
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 green apple




  1. Juice all ingredients in a juicer and strain extra pulp if desired.
  2. If you are using a blender, add all ingredients to the blender plus ½ cup water.
  3. Blend until smooth and use a cheesecloth bag or nut milk bag for straining.
