Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Brussels Sprouts Salad


  • Salad
  • 1 lb brussels sprouts leaves separated
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • seeds from one pomegranate
  • 2 blood oranges peeled and sliced
  • 1 handful chopped pecans (optional, avoid on the Autoimmune Protocol)
  • Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp mustard made with apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
