Carrot Cake Smoothie

As you know, I was a panelist at Paleo Fx again this year. It was even more amazing than last year!

Here I am hanging with Robb Wolf and Chris Kresser–If you don’t know them, they are the top dogs in the Paleo Community!

Paleo Fx 2013

Since I was busy with Paleo Fx, Juice Friday Y’all and Smoothie Saturday posts didn’t happen this week. For that reason I am giving you a combined Juice-Smoothie (and honestly, it is the BEST one I have ever made!).

I also wanted to honor an Easter theme and use carrots. I have called this one the “Carrot Cake Smoothie.” Enjoy, and Happy Easter!
