Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 bunch Ginger Garlic Asparagus
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional, Avoid on The Autoimmune Solution Protocol)
  • 1 chicken breast cooked
  • 1/2 green apple sliced into approximately 1/4 cup
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a salad bowl and chill until serving.
