You have many interesting takes on diet.I like listening to you.To the day 5.5 months ago I had a massive heart attack.I’m 58 years old.My mother’s father died of a heart attack when he was 48 yrs old.The same morning of my heart attack I had quadruple bypass surgery and the heart surgeon used healthy mammary arteries no veins.I was strong physically but obviously not healthy for at,least thinking back,2-3 years.Dr Brooks the surgeon stopped my heart from beating a few minutes more than 2 hours, then warmed my heart it begin beating on its own right there..Dr.Brooks told he held my heart in his hand and went over the entire heart saw no damage and that is how he made the decision to use the parts he used.I had absolutely no appetite for around 2 months I could barely eat anything of me not much less thinking about eating.I was on some form of antibiotics for some 2 months.I began working on my stomach with fermented food, yogurt, fermented vegetables, sour foods, bitter foods. My recovery has been astounding. My endurance grows at least every other day.I thank God I lived. My diet has changed dramatically. It never included much wheat.I never liked flowered gravy.
This was a very big surgery, many variables at play.I’ve see a person not live through the surgery since mine.My diet was not good.It is different now, thanks for listening.
I’m not sure I will ever have any short term memory again..Small price to pay.
