Our founder, Dr. Amy Myers, is a woman on a mission. She’s a functional medicine physician who teaches people the importance of getting to the root of their health issues, instead of treating symptoms. She also happens to be a 2x New York Times Bestseller Author.

Marketing Manager

Are you a driven marketing manager and true leader with a result-oriented mindset?

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us scale our business with efficiency and predictability, so that we can empower even more people to take back their health!

We operate in the world of direct response marketing (with a big emphasis on quality content), so if you think in terms of funnels, split testing, ROAS, etc. then you’ll be right at home.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the development and execution of overall marketing strategy, driving fast-paced and ongoing growth
  • Lead and foster the marketing team to help each team member shine in their role and maximize their potential
  • Oversee the operations of the marketing team by managing to-dos, deadlines, specs, budgets, vendor coordination, status updates, approvals and final delivery
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards by holding team members, contractors, agencies, and vendors accountable
  • Serve as the central connector for our team – connecting people with the resources they need (whether it’s a tool, training, or person), and and ensuring team members are informed and up-to-date on upcoming launches and projects so that they can contribute and prepare accordingly
  • Make adjustments to plans and timelines based on shifting schedules or priorities
  • Implement tools, systems, and workflows that prevent bottlenecks and empower team members
  • Hold (brief) daily standup meetings to get status updates, prioritize the day’s tasks, and identify any roadblocks in the day’s to-dos
  • Create and maintain SOPs, documenting processes for recurring projects and tasks so that they can be easily repeated in the future
  • Help hire and onboard all-star talent to join our team
  • Practice creative and proactive problem solving
  • Excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a marketing manager, preferably working with direct response marketing teams
  • Experience planning and executing marketing launches and evergreen campaigns, including product launches, eCourse/program launches, webinar campaigns, sales funnels, etc.
  • Exceptional track record as a manager
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage results
  • Passion for health and wellness and a familiarity with the health marketing

Content Writer and Editor

Do you love writing copy that educates, excites, and compels readers to take the next step in their health journey? Are you passionate about crafting the perfect sentence, finding the perfect adverb, and designing content to make it easy to read and easy to use?

We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Writer and Editor to bring the voice of Amy Myers, MD to the world.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing exceptional quality original content, including blog posts, video scripts, email copy, product descriptions, website copy, and more!
  • Editing content produced by other Marketing Team members and freelancers
  • Monitoring content engagement via Google Analytics and optimizing it for conversions (we want to know that our content is both reaching and helping people!)
  • Updating content in our four existing online programs and helping build a new thyroid program
  • Working with the Graphic Designer to ensure all content is user friendly, easy to understand, and impactful

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, or other related field
  • At least 2 years of experience writing articles and website content, preferably for an eCommerce brand
  • Superb writing skills, from a CTA button to a blog post
  • A real knack for mastering brand voice
  • Ability to work independently and maintain deadlines
  • Experience with sales writing and eCourse development is a huge plus!

Graphic Designer

Do you love turning creative concepts into real life assets that grab viewers’ attention and drive conversions? Do you have also an eye for detail and excel at meeting deadlines?

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and produce beautiful visuals to tell our story and connect with our audience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing landing pages and sales web pages that convert
  • Designing and optimizing split test variations based on data to ensure that designs maximize conversions
  • Maintaining and updating brand guidelines and our brand board based on brand iterations
  • Documenting and maintaining SOPs related to the design process so that projects can be easily updated and replicated
  • Utilizing the team file structure and naming conventions so that design files can be easily found and updated

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional, full-time experience as a graphic designer
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Strong foundation of design fundamentals – typography, layout, color, etc
  • Familiarity with best practices in website and email design across all devices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS a big plus
  • Track record of high-quality designs delivered on time
  • Understanding of marketing terminology (call to action, conversion, etc.)
  • Experience designing for direct response and eCommerce marketing
