General FAQs

We are open Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm and Sunday 8am to 5pm CST with the exception of the following:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

We are available during store hours, and we can be reached by email at store@amymyersmd.com or by phone at 512-721-0424. We strive to return all emails within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and will be answered during business hours in the order they are received.

Please note that our customer success team is pleased to assist you with information about our products and nutritional programs, but we are not licensed medical professionals and therefore cannot provide you with any medical advice, information or diagnosis. If you require medical advice or information, please contact a medical professional.

Only one promo code can be used per order. Please note that if there are any discounted items in the cart, promo codes will not apply to your cart, except for select and specified promo codes.

At this time, we are unable to allow adjustments, or edits to existing orders. You will need to place a separate order for the desired item, or cancel the order with Customer Success before it ships by giving us a call, or emailing us. After cancelling, you are free to reorder whatever you’d like.

Your store account can be accessed by heading over to the store site at store.amymyersmd.com and clicking “Login” in the top right hand corner of the store’s homepage. If you are having trouble remembering your password, please be sure to go through the lost password prompts by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

If your login attempts result in an error informing you that your account does not exist, please be sure you have activated your account by clicking “Activate” in the top right hand corner of the store’s homepage.

Login at members.amymyersmd.com. Once you have logged in successfully you will want to click on “My eCourses”. To begin the course, click on the lime green title. You can move through the program at your own pace and are able to review it at any time. At this time we do not currently accept health savings accounts (HSA) or flexible spending accounts (FSA). Alternatively, some providers of these benefits may reimburse you for out-of-pocket eligible expenses such as prescription supplements. You will need to contact your HSA or FSA provider to see if that would be an option for you.

At this time we do not offer any military, senior or wholesale discounts. If you would like to setup a wholesale account with us, please reach out to wholesale@amymyersmd.com. Dr. Myers is no longer seeing patients or offering consultations.

We recommend referring to the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM.org) to try and find a functional medicine physician in your area.

Shipping FAQs

Please note that customs regulations can change monthly in each country; if not adhered to properly, your order is at risk for being returned or confiscated. Amy Myers MD is not liable for any losses, damages, additional fees caused or accrued by customs or otherwise, or delays by delivery services. Amy Myers MD is not liable for and will not refund any orders confiscated by customs; you are purchasing at your own risk. Please see the below countries we are unable to deliver to per their customs laws and restrictions: Mexico, Germany, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Poland and South Africa.

We endeavor to ship all domestic orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping exclude weekends.
Overnight orders placed prior to 11am CST arrive the next business day. Overnight orders placed before 11am CST Friday will arrive Monday. When your order ships, we email you a notification of shipment, which will include your order’s tracking information. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery terms for more information.

Return/Refund FAQs

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Success team at 512-721-0424 or store@amymyersmd.com and provide them with the lot number of the product(s) you wish to return to receive a return shipping label. Return labels cost $7.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. You must use the return label provided by us in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order.

Shopping is risk-free with my 30-day return guarantee. I stand behind all of the products I carry in my store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the unused portion back to me, and we will refund your money. Items not eligible for return include all bars, eCourses and eBooks, discontinued products, final sale products and partial kits or programs; if you wish to return a kit, program, or bundle/pack of supplements, they must be returned in its entirety.
Original shipping charges are never refundable.

You will be refunded back on the card or PayPal account you used to purchase the original order. Refunds will be issued for returns weekly in accordance to our return policy.
Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show as processing on your account. However, you will always know when a refund is issued as you will be notified via email.

If there is an error in your order, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will work to correct your order as soon as possible. Please note that pictures must be provided for any incorrect or damage item issues.

Product & Ingredient FAQs

You will find nutritional information, ingredients and any allergen statements by visiting the product page for the specific supplement. Listed in the “Product Description” tab we will list any major allergens present in a product. Listed in the “Product Ingredients” tab you will find the complete Supplement Facts panel and full ingredient list.

We do not currently offer any exclusively vegan or vegetarian friendly protocols. All recommended 30-day meal plans include animal proteins, which can lead to nutritionally inadequate diets for vegetarians and vegans.

It is best to consult with your prescribing physician, or local pharmacy manager, to ensure that what you are ordering can safely be taken with your prescription medication. Any known contraindications will be listed in the warning statements on the “Product Description” tab and on the product label.

The FAQs on the “Product Description” tab will specify whether the product is safe for women who are pregnant or nursing. If you have any additional concerns, be sure to consult with your physician.

All of our products are dairy-free with the exception of our Immune Booster Powder. You can always take a look at the allergen info on each product page in the description of the product, or check the ingredients by clicking on the “Product Ingredients” tab.

Our products do not contain wheat or gluten. You can always take a look at the allergen info on each product page in the description of the product, or check the ingredients by clicking on the “Product Ingredients” tab.

All of our products are soy free with the exception of our Complete Omega-3 Softgels. You can always take a look at the allergen info on each product page in the description of the product, or check the ingredients by clicking on the “Product Ingredients” tab.

All of our products are egg free with the exception of our Complete Enzymes Capsules. You can always take a look at the allergen info on each product page in the description of the product, or check the ingredients by clicking on the “Product Ingredients” tab.

Our products are formulated without genetically modified ingredients. You can always take a look at the “Does Not Contain” section in each product’s Product Description.

Some of our products have a manufacturer date, while some have expiration dates. For the most part, our products have about a 2 year shelf life. Therefore, it is safe to assume that a product with a manufacturer date is good for at least 2 years out from that printed date. If you would like more clarification on your product’s shelf life, please contact Customer Success during business hours.
