How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Success team at 512-721-0424 or and provide them with the lot number of the product(s) you wish to return to receive a return shipping label. Return labels cost $7.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. You must use the return label provided by us in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order.

Shopping is risk-free with my 90-day return guarantee. I stand behind all of the products I carry in my store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the unused portion back to me, and we will refund your money. Items not eligible for return include all bars, eCourses and eBooks, discontinued products, final sale products and partial kits or programs; if you wish to return a kit, program, or bundle/pack of supplements, they must be returned in its entirety.
Original shipping charges are never refundable.
