Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 handful pecans
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 inch fresh turmeric root
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp fresh maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
