Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 beet root
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice or one whole lemon, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in juicer and process.
  2. If using a blender, add at least 1 cup of water before blending. Using a blender instead of a juicer will cause the juice to have a lot of pulp. Pour slowly through coffee filter or cheese cloth if you wish to separate the pulp from the juice.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
