Coconut is a nourishing food for the thyroid gland, especially for those with hypothyroidism. For this smoothie, you can use unsweetened coconut cream. You can also simply use full-fat coconut milk.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk, well mixed
  • 2 scoops The Myers Way® Vanilla Paleo Protein or the unsweetened flavor
  • dollop coconut cream optional, for garnish

  1. Place all ingredients except extra coconut cream in high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Top each smoothie with a dollop of coconut cream if desired.
