  • 2 29.574 tbsp mL extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 1920 cups mL bone broth
  • 4 4 stalks broccoli chopped
  • 4 4 stalks celery
  • 2 2 large handfuls kale
  • 2 2 handfuls spinach
  • 2/3 160 cups mL tahini
  • 2 9.858 tsp mL sea salt

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, add broccoli. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until bright green.
  3. Add celery and kale, and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Add spinach, tahini, and sea salt, and stir.
  5. Let cool for at least 15 minutes, then transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
