Broccolini with Lemon Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 cups 480.00 ml broccoli or crown of 1 head
- 6 shrimp approximately 1 cup, cooked, peeled, and deveined
- 1 lemon cut into quarters
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml sea salt
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml coconut oil
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add broccolini. Squeeze juice from 1 lemon quarter over broccolini and add peel to pan. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp. Squeeze juice from remaining lemon quarters over shrimp and broccolini and add peels to pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and mix together. Cover and heat until broccolini is tender and shrimp is hot.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
