  • 1 14.787 tbsp ml coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 sweet onion roughly choppped
  • 1 14.787 tbsp ml ginger approximately 1 inch, peeled and minced
  • 3 3 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 15 3600 cups ml cauliflower about 3 heads, washed and broken into florets
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp ml cardamom
  • 1 4.929 tsp ml ground ginger
  • 1 4.929 tsp ml thyme
  • 1 4.929 tsp ml sea salt
  • 1/2 7.3935 tbsp ml ground black pepper
  • 4 960 cups ml bone broth

  1. Heat coconut oil in large soup pot over medium heat. Add sweet onion and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add ginger and garlic and let cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower florets, cardamom, ground ginger, thyme, salt and ground black pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add bone broth. Bring to a boil then simmer covered for about 35 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and carefully blend with an immersion blender or in batches in a standing blender.
