Ingredients
- 8 seeds cardamom
- 8 cloves
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml black peppercorns
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 inch 2.54 cm ginger root
- 2 cups 480.00 ml coconut milk
- 2 dates chopped
- 2 cups 480.00 ml water
- 2 scoop The Myers Way® Collagen Protein
- 4 bags Roasted Dandelion Root Tea
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except tea bags, in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Whisk in collagen and add tea bags. Steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain into cups.
