These homemade Popsicles are sure to be a hit at home with kids and adults, and they are packed full of nutrition for every age. Paired with the spinach, mango and pineapple yield a fresh bright green pop. Using a darker fruit, like raspberries or cherries, will give you a darker green color. Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 4 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice ex: mango and pineapple
Servings: 4-inch pops

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into Popsicle molds. Lightly drop filled molds onto counter a few times to get any air bubbles out. Insert Popsicle sticks.
  2. Freeze until solid, about 3 or more hours. You may need to dip the Popsicle mold in warm water to remove pops.
