Dairy-Free "Egg" Nog

  • 4 cups Tigernut horchata (orignial or chai flavor)
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 4 dates pitted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Place blended ingredients into a medium saucepan and whisk frequently until gelatin dissolves and mixture is warmed through. Serve immediately.
