  • 1 454 lb g ground beef
  • 3/4 340.5 lbs g ground beef
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp mL cinnamon
  • 2 29.574 tbsp mL coconut oil
  • 1 sweet onion roughly chopped
  • 1 1 handful broccoli
  • 2 zucchini sliced into half moons
  • 2 yellow squash sliced into half moons
  • 4 asparagus
  • 1 1 handful mushrooms
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp mL garlic powder
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp mL sea salt
  • 2 avocado large, sliced

  1. In a large pan, brown beef and season with cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. In another pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 3 minutes.  
  3. In another pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat and cook for 3 minutes.  
  4. Add veggies and cook for another 5-7 minutes until veggies are soft.  
  5. Add garlic powder and salt and stir well.
  6. Mix browned beef with veggies and serve. Top with sliced avocado.
