This Egg-free Chicken Salad is a new spin on a traditional recipe! Try it on top of a bed of crisp greens, on a piece of your favorite gluten-free toast, or enjoy it all by itself!

Egg-Free Chicken Salad


  • 5 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 2 apples chopped
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/2 bunch grapes halved
  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts (avoid on the Autoimmune Protocol)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Toss chicken, apples, celery and grapes in a medium size bowl.
  2. Put macadamia nuts, garlic, oil, and seasoning in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
