  • 1 chicken breast cooked, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 mango thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 1.27 inches cm ginger root peeled and minced
  • 1 14.787 tbsp ml unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 29.574 tbsp ml lemon juice
