Ingredients
- 3/4 inch 1.91 cm ginger root peeled
- 4 cups 960.00 ml kale
- 1 cucumber
- 1 stalks celery
- 1/2 lemon peeled
- 2 carrot
- 1/2 green apple
Instructions
- Juice all ingredients in a juicer and strain extra pulp if desired.
- If you are using a blender, add all ingredients to the blender plus ½ cup water.
- Blend until smooth and use a cheesecloth bag or nut milk bag for straining.
