Gut Healing Bone Broth with Organic Greens




  • 32 ounces bone broth
  • 3 zucchini roughly chopped
  • 1 yellow squash roughly chopped
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 10 ounces spinach
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 inch ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • cooked chicken shredded (optional)
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)


  1. Heat bone broth in large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add zucchini, squash, celery, spinach, basil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
  3. Using an immersion blender blend soup until smooth. If you do not have an immersion blender, transfer ingredients with a ladle into standing blender and blend in batches.
  4. Option to serve with shredded chicken and/or avocado slices.
