Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen organic mixed berries (or individual frozen berries of choice)
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp The Myers Way® Collagen Protein [11]

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high power blender and enjoy! Top with slivered tigernuts or unsweetened coconut flakes if desired.
