  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL apple cider vinegar
  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL sesame oil
  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL ginger diced
  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL garlic minced

  • 1 454 lb g chicken cubed
  • 1 240 cup mL pineapple squared
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 squash
  • 1 red onion cut into 1 inch pieces

  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Place chicken into a large dish or bowl and cover with marinade. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  2. In the meantime, soak skewers in water (if wooden).
  3. Place veggies and chicken on skewers in whatever order you chose.
  4. Cook on grill until chicken is cooked through.
