Kale Mint Lemongrass Smoothie

- 1 cup 240.00 ml almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml kale
- 6 sprigs mint leaves
- 1 inch 2.54 cm lemongrass
- 6 ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
