Mango Coconut Yogurt Popsicles

Summer and popsicles go hand in hand! However these refreshing popsicles go an extra mile to make gut repairing easy and tasty!

The healthy fats, protein and collagen used in this recipe give the popsicles blood sugar balancing and gut repairing properties. In addition, using coconut yogurt rather than coconut milk helps add a probiotic boost to further help with balancing out your gut. Coconut yogurts often can have a lot of added sugar, so looking for an unsweetened version is a much healthier alternative to add creaminess to this summer staple!

Mango Coconut Yogurt Popsicles


  • 1-2 large mango diced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 scoops The Myers Way® Collagen Protein
  • 24 oz unsweetened coconut yogurt (such as So Delicious, CoYo, or The Coconut Cult)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract




  1. Blend up mango into a puree. Add in turmeric and collagen and pulse until incorporated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine coconut yogurt and vanilla extract.
  3. Alternate pouring mango puree and coconut yogurt into popsicle molds to form layers.
  4. Lightly tap molds onto counter a few times to get any air bubbles out. Insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze until solid, about 3 or more hours. You may need to rinse popsicle mold under warm water to loosen pops from popsicle mold.
