  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, thoroughly mash ripe bananas until consistency is clump-free.
  2. In a large bowl, add coconut flour, spices, salt, and mashed bananas. Mix well.
