Ingredients
- 16 carrot
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml coconut oil or animal fat
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml sea salt
- cinnamon (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Scrub carrots with water and a vegetable scrubber.
- Place carrots in a large oven-safe glass dish. Drizzle with olive oil to coat all carrots. Sprinkle with salt.
- Roast carrots for 45-60 minutes until soft and golden. Option to sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
