  • 1/3 80 cups ml sunflower seeds
  • lemon juice from one lemon
  • 1/2 7.3935 tbsp ml onion powder
  • 1 14.787 tbsp ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1 cloves garlic
  • 2 29.574 tbsp ml chives dried
  • 2 29.574 tbsp ml parsley finely chopped

  1. Combine all ingredients, except chives and parsley, in a high-powered blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to resealable jar. Stir in chives and parsley. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. For a thicker texture, refrigerate your can of coconut milk overnight before using.
