  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL unsweetened almond milk or coconut
  • 1 1 scoop The Myers Way® Double Chocolate Paleo Protein
  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL coconut flour
  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL honey
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • dairy-free, dark chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Grease small deep mug and set aside.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour, and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, mashed banana, and honey. Pour into dry mix until blended. Mix in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into your greased mug. Microwave for 90 seconds and remove. Enjoy warm!
