  • 1 1 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein or plain
  • 1 14.787 tbsp ml cinnamon
  • 1/4 60 cups ml pumpkin puree canned or homemade
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml ground turmeric or 1/8 tsp fresh grated turmeric
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml ground ginger or 1/8 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 10 ice about 1 cup
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp ml sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp ml pumpkin pie spice
