Upgraded Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein or plain
- 1 Tbsp The Myers Way® Collagen Protein
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree canned or homemade
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric or 1/8 tsp fresh grated turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger or 1/8 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
