  • 1 454 lb g brussels sprouts sliced in half
  • 4 4 slices nitrate-free bacon diced
  • 1 1/2 22.1805 tbsp mL olive oil
  • 1 1/2 22.1805 tbsp mL dijon mustard try one made with apple cider vinegar, like Eden Organic Brown Mustard
  • 2 9.858 tsp mL honey optional. Leave out for AIP!
  • 2 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp mL ground black pepper

  2. Combine olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, and black pepper. In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, and dressing mixture.
  3. Place mixture on a sheet pan and cook for 30 minutes or until roasted to desired amount.
