Ingredients
- 1 lb 454.00 g brussels sprouts sliced in half
- 4 slices nitrate-free bacon diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp 22.18 ml olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp 22.18 ml dijon mustard try one made with apple cider vinegar, like Eden Organic Brown Mustard
- 2 tsp 9.86 ml honey optional. Leave out for AIP!
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Combine olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, and black pepper. In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, and dressing mixture.
- Place mixture on a sheet pan and cook for 30 minutes or until roasted to desired amount.
