Ingredients
- 2 avocado sliced in half
- 5 oz 147.87 ml salmon cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml lettuce chopped
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml cilantro chopped
- 3 Tbsp 44.36 ml lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml cumin
- sea salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix gently by hand.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Spoon mixture into each avocado half.
