Salmon Stuffed Avocado


  • 2 avocados sliced in half
  • 5 ounces salmon cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup lettuce chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste




  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix gently by hand.
  2. Season with salt and pepper as desired. 
  3. Spoon mixture into each avocado half.
